v1.16.1 - The Bot Forgets on Purpose

• New: purge every held list at once, in the console (purgealllists confirm) or the List Browser ("Purge every held list"). Recommended once after upgrading from before v1.16, since a bot's list held from back then can have its channel stuck wrong - each list rebuilds on its own with its channel resolved fresh. Update dccore.mrc to 1.17.2 and reload it with /reload -rs dccore.mrc.
