Dual screen mode fixes
This release fixes dual screen play (for devices like the AYN Thor), based on the reports in Discussions #14 and #15.
Fixed black screens in dual screen play. Days diary and day counter screens, story scenes and Sora visions no longer black out.
Fixed Re:coded showing a black or partial top screen in dual screen play, from the boot logos onward.
Fixed the broken dialog box during Sora visions in dual-screen play.
The Video setting is now called Dual screen mode (it was Single screen mode, inverted). Your existing choice carries over automatically.
