Nito Wallet 1.1.6

Nito Wallet 1.1.6 is the current public release for Android and iPhone/iPad testing.

This release improves wallet reliability, transaction handling, mining-reward safety, and the transaction-consolidation experience. We will continue collecting real-world feedback before publication on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Critical security or reliability fixes will still be released immediately if required.

What's new in 1.1.6

  • Added efficient transaction consolidation, displayed only when it is useful, with a clear review and confirmation flow.
  • Improved pending-balance tracking for change outputs and transfers to wallet-owned addresses.
  • Added explicit coinbase reward handling: mining rewards remain pending and cannot be spent before network maturity.
  • Improved compatibility with address-based transaction output responses.
  • Updated the vulnerable shell-quote dependency.
  • Improved Android and iOS release-build reliability.

iPhone and iPad installation

The IPA is unsigned and intended for personal beta testing with Sideloadly. Each tester signs the application with their own Apple Account; a paid Apple Developer membership is not required for personal testing.

  1. Install Sideloadly on Windows or macOS.
  2. On Windows, install the standard Apple iTunes and iCloud versions recommended by Sideloadly.
  3. Connect the iPhone or iPad by USB and trust the computer.
  4. Download the IPA using the link above and drag it into Sideloadly.
  5. Select the device, enter the email address associated with your Apple Account, and click Start.
  6. If requested, complete Apple authentication using an app-specific password.
  7. On the device, open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, select the Apple developer profile, and tap Trust.
  8. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode, enable it, and restart the device if requested.

With a free Apple Account, the personal signature normally expires after seven days and the application must be signed again. Device trust and Developer Mode may need to be confirmed again after reinstalling or changing the signing identity.

  • Never share your recovery phrase, wallet password, private keys, or Apple Account password.
