Added the ability to import callout styles from the Callout Manager plugin. Copy the CSS from Callout Manager's export button, then paste it into Callout Studio's Import dialog (Settings → Import → Callout Manager) to bring in matching icons and colors — callouts that already exist are updated, and new ones are created automatically.
