Bug fixes

1. Fixed the Live Preview in the Edit callout modal showing raw Markdown instead of the rendered callout when Obsidian's "Default editing mode" was set to Source mode.
2. Fixed inconsistent Lucide icon values so the same icon always renders the same way everywhere.
3. Fixed inconsistent spacing, alignment and close-button placement across modal windows (Edit callout, palette editor, and others) so every dialog now matches Obsidian's own style.
4. Cleaned up the global settings section — reordered roles and removed a redundant description for clarity.
