• Persists the patched Codex TUI executable at .codexplain/patched-codex/bin/codex.
• Allows the multi-GB project-local Cargo target cache to be removed without losing native /codexplain slash control or TUI semantic highlight.
• Updates shim detection and docs to prefer the compact persisted binary.
• Ignores .codexplain/patched-codex so local patched binaries are never committed.
