Highlights

  • Adds the same best-effort GitHub release auto-update hook to the development bin/codexplain wrapper.
  • codex project-local shim and codexplain wrapper now both check latest tags when the checkout is clean and CODEXPLAIN_AUTO_UPDATE is not disabled.
  • Keeps npm/Homebrew package metadata aligned with v0.18.15.
  • Confirms the previous 12G patched Codex build cache is no longer required after persisting .codexplain/patched-codex/bin/codex.
