2. Quick Start Guide
If you open AlertMe the first time it won't do anything by itself. You can open the options window by either:
- left-clicking the AlertMe minimap icon
- or by typing /alertme in the WoW console
There is a set or pre-defined alerts saved in the profile "Examples". You can copy these examples into your current profile (overwriting it).
However, Do not use the profile "Examples" as your profile, as it will be overwritten the next time you start WoW again!
If you want to display text alerts in your normal chat windows, you have to select those windows in options-messages first:
