This is TGBOX version 1.7. The v1.7 includes some internal changes.
- Rewrite Database/Table schema auto-update (a590498)
- Make Fast Sync opt-in (9401b53)
- Uvloop on Linux, Min Python ver is 3.9 now, +++ (b7790ac)
- Remove all assert statements (c1072e7)
