Fix

• Add a Language menu with Follow System, English, and Simplified Chinese options.
• Apply the selected language immediately and remember it across launches.

Root cause

• Version 0.4.8 included English and Chinese resources but only followed the macOS language; it did not expose an in-app language selector.

Validation

• 21 Swift tests passed, including explicit English and Chinese bundle selection and preference persistence.
• The 120 fps runtime diagnostic completed successfully.
