A quick release to get this thing working. Calls in the updated package list from this GitHub and applies the TLS fix, nothing else. Thank you, Duke Nukem on Telegram, for making this thing work.
Next on the agenda:
Figure out if we can cleanly update the packages (plugins) without the thing breaking
UPDATE: I broke it, use oldlist if you want to actually use the thing.
