This is the first stable release of the Keycloak Vault Provider for OpenBao and HashiCorp Vault.

It provides an implementation of the Keycloak Vault SPI, enabling Keycloak to fetch secrets stored in OpenBao and HashiCorp Vault. It also includes an optional Secrets Manager REST API extension, allowing realm administrators to manage Vault SPI secrets via the Keycloak Admin REST API without needing direct access to OpenBao or HashiCorp Vault.
