Added

• URL allowlisting via *.host text wildcard. text = "*.metriport.com"
  on a URL ignore entry matches the apex host plus every subdomain
  (dot-boundary suffix, so notmetriport.com is rejected). Mirrors the
  existing email convention where text = "@askclara.com" matches by
  domain. Plain text = "metriport.com" remains an exact-string match.
• --fix TUI: new u keybinding (URL findings only) writes
  text = "*.<host>" for the current finding's host.

Fixed

• Project name typo: tunnletops → tunneltops across the binary,
  Cargo manifest, README, release artifacts, and the directories
  cache namespace. Existing model caches under the old name will be
  re-downloaded once on first run.
