Added

• text field is now glob-aware: if it contains *, ?, or [, it
  compiles as an anchored shell glob over the finding's full text
  (** crosses segments). Bare strings stay literal compares —
  existing entries unchanged. Per-entity wildcards (email @host,
  URL *.host) still apply on the literal/host-aware path.
• match field for full regex over the finding text. pattern is
  kept as a silent alias; save() writes match. text and match
  are mutually exclusive on a single entry — load errors loudly if
  both are set.
• line accepts comma lists and inclusive start..end ranges:
  line = "5", line = "1,5,8..29". Range bounds inclusive on both
  ends.
• --help IGNORELIST FORMAT section expanded to document all three
  matchers (text literal/glob, match regex), the ** glob, the
  line-range syntax, and matcher mutual exclusion.

Changed

• Internal: parallel compiled_patterns / compiled_paths vecs
  collapsed into one CompiledMatchers struct per entry. No external
  behavior change beyond the additions above.
