First tagged release.

What: Drop-in OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible proxy implementing SKILL.state (arXiv:2608.26263). Replaces growing conversation history with bounded structured state Σ — flat ~336 tokens/step regardless of progress.

Verified live (2026-09-07, Gonka MiniMax-M2.7 50-step):

• 185,699 → 16,805 prompt tokens (91.0% saved), reproduced twice (92.2% first run)
• Step 50: 7,455 → 316 (23.6×)
• GPT-4o-rate equivalent: $0.55 → $0.16
