This is a small release.
When switching between runners that have incompatible configuration options, those incompatible options are removed from the launch options.
Fixes a bug that would cause steam.cfg (used to block Steam client updates) to be removed in some scenarios (Thanks, xmb9).
Fixes a very annoying problem that is an actual issue with Steam itself: Steam would often steal focus. If Steam were focused and a user were to click the option in the menu bar to open Control Center, Control Center would open and then close immediately. I have implemented some tricks to solve that issue.
Fixes complex issues with redistributables that would cause some games to use Wine's built in components over a game's included redistributables. Fixes issues with installing the Visual C++ 2022 redistributable via Winetricks (Thanks, matthewwynne).
