1.1.6 Overview

This patch release follows v1.1.5 and focuses on toast dismissal behavior around error and reminder surfaces.

修复常驻提醒提示的关闭按钮可见性问题。此前部分非 destructive 的提醒提示只有 hover 时才显示关闭入口，看起来像无法关闭；现在会立即显示右上角关闭按钮。
修复录音流程中的覆盖层提示交互问题。对于需要用户操作的录音相关提示，应用会先恢复可见面板，再展示可关闭提示，避免出现提示存在但窗口隐藏导致无法点击关闭的情况。
保持非 destructive 常驻提示的关闭按钮为中性样式，避免沿用错误提示的警示色视觉。
增加提示展示策略的回归测试，覆盖常驻提醒、短暂提示、destructive 提示和覆盖层展示行为。

Fixed sticky reminder toasts so their close button is visible immediately instead of appearing only on hover.
Fixed dictation overlay toast presentation so actionable recording-related toasts restore the visible panel before asking the user to interact with them.
Kept sticky non-destructive close controls visually neutral instead of inheriting destructive styling.
Added regression coverage for sticky, transient, destructive, and overlay toast presentation paths.
