NotchArrowUtils v1.5.0 Release

Removed /utils diamondfinder (distance) because it was basically just a cheat and mostly for my testing/learning in the early stages of this mod anyway. Added /utils pickupnotifier, which shows text when the player picks up or drops items detailing the amounts.

Customizable to be in any corner of the screen and set a duration for the text to display before it disappears (the disappearing timer resets if more of that item are dropped/picked up)
