Fix: hitting the max-turns search limit showed a raw JSON error dump instead of an explanation -- now shows a clear message suggesting you raise Max Turns in Settings or narrow your question. Also raised the default Max Turns from 8 to 15, since 8 proved too low for real scoped-folder searches.
