Fix: hidden Excel sheets no longer show up as blank tabs

LibreOffice's headless PDF export includes hidden sheets as real pages, even though Excel (and LibreOffice's own GUI export) hide them. If your workbook has hidden helper/calculation sheets, this could make Doc Preview show far more tabs than the workbook actually has, many of them blank or nearly blank.

Doc Preview now reads sheet visibility straight from the workbook's own file and filters those sheets out of the tab bar, thumbnails, and page count — so what you see here should now match what you'd see opening the file in Excel.
