work in progress shader
added broken ssr, options, sharp shadows that align with the 16x16 textures, wavy grass & leaves and bloom is now tied to the vhs effect (dont ask me how that happened)

How to install
- install iris shader mod from https://irisshaders.dev/ for minecraft 26.1.2 fabric
- put the static shader zip in the shaderpacks folder of minecraft.
- then go to settings -> video settings -> shaderpacks -> choose static shader.
