This free, dependency-free Python sample proves one rule: an approval should be bound to the exact bytes a person reviewed, not remembered as a permanent checkbox.

Run the included demo in about two minutes. Approve script.md, edit it, and the next status check returns STALE, blocks downstream work, and exits with code 3.
