NullLag v1.1.1 includes critical bug fixes for benchmark settings persistence and introduces high-tech Web Audio API sound notifications!

🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements in v1.1.1:

• Benchmark Iterations Fix: Fixed an issue where the benchmark window failed to read saved user settings, forcing iterations back to 3. It now correctly loads your custom default iterations (e.g., 5) and timeout settings upon opening!
• Web Audio Chime Notifications: Added Web Audio API chime synthesis. When "Play sound on DNS change" is checked in Settings, applying DNS or resetting to DHCP now plays a crisp dual-note high-tech chime!
• RSC Encoding Fix: Fixed character-encoding detection on localized Windows installations (Portuguese, German, Spanish).
