v0.1.3 gives the whole app a UX overhaul: a new overview dashboard, restructured navigation, and a reworked Settings page.
- Overview: New landing page with gateway health, agent modes, 30-day usage, and an aggregated anomaly feed (open breakers, keep-alive failures, offline agents).
- Navigation: Sidebar regrouped into Overview + Run/Records/Extend with a collapsible rail and pinned Settings; ⌘K palette now covers every route; the topbar breadcrumb resolves route params to entity names.
- Settings: Reworked with a storage overview card, opt-in launch update check, observability-data danger clear, capture-level switch with NESTRA_LOG override hint, and richer diagnostics rows; fixed a dead log-retention pruner that read the wrong config key.
- Gateway: New circuit-breaker health card; tuning (timeouts & breaker) moved in from Settings; page reordered Runtime → Breaker → Agents → Activity.
- Content pages: Whole-card agent navigation, provider-edit section anchors, sessions date filter, session-detail overflow menu, MCP draft-server probe, gateway-log task deep links with filtered log export, and a shared RoleChip anatomy.
- Fixes: Provider-card header overflow with long model ids; phantom document scrollbar from an escaping hidden checkbox; clear-caches now drops the pi dev cache too.
