v0.1.5-rc.1 release candidate

This prerelease includes dashboard and authentication UI refinements and architecture fixes for Service control, routing, gateway request lifecycles, rate limiting, credit recovery, OAuth/account completion, API Key handling, redemption-code generation, and log cleanup.

Upgrade notes

• From v0.1.4: database schema, generated migrations, and .env.example are unchanged. Back up the database, then deploy the version-pinned artifact/image using the normal migration/start workflow.
• From v0.1.3 or earlier: the database baseline introduced in v0.1.4 is incompatible with older migration histories. Use a new PostgreSQL database or PGlite data directory. Export required application data from the old installation and import it into the new baseline; do not reuse the old migration journal.
• The control protocol remains openapi-service/v1. Platform and Service versions are independent.
• Rollback: retain the previous v0.1.4 artifact/image and a recoverable database backup. This candidate adds no schema migration; restoring older pre-v0.1.4 installations requires their matching database backup.

Validation

Published assets are produced by the release commit's Linux CI, including lint, typecheck, unit tests, Platform-Service acceptance, production build, and built-artifact integration/migration tests. Both amd64 and arm64 images pass native startup/readiness and persistent-volume restart verification before publication.
