Changes for 13.0.2

  • Fixed a bug with save files and religion bricking.
  • China and all of its substates now have mutual military access (and Korea), solving a weird AI bug where China was not assisting Korea against Japan.
  • China will no longer be pop nerfed, but all of its cores will now be set to 30 liferating. (No Bonus pop growth from liferating)
  • India will no longer be pop nerfed, but all of its cores will now be set to 30 liferating. (No Bonus pop growth from liferating)
  • Liberate Country CB has been readded because it actually DID serve a purpose, I'm an idiot.
