Init submodule based on choice and edit .gitmodules

subop -choose

Init submodule based on choice and edit .gitmodules and nuke previous module

subop -choose -nuke

Delete git submodule

subop -nuke

subop -repo <repo-url> -branch <branch> -name <name> -init
