- Kept the Home screen responsive during slow or incomplete startup while background catalog loading continues (@WhiteGiso)

- Confirmed Tizen 6.0 as the minimum for PluginService support, retained EngineFS and Tizen 5.x restrictions, and excluded experimental legacy transports from packages (@WhiteGiso)
