OpenCodian v1.1.25

Retroactive publish of v1.1.25 — the original publish push failed its CI gates, so no release was created while versions.json kept advertising the version. Artifacts rebuilt from bebc33c7382978ddbbc68c6e929794732fb77024 (feat(memory): publish v1.1.25 with the backend-neutral memory backend) and verified to carry manifest version 1.1.25.

This release is historical: install v1.1.28 or newer for current behaviour.
