Retroactive publish of v1.1.26 — the original publish push failed its CI gates, so no release was created while versions.json kept advertising the version. Artifacts rebuilt from 27418c80830ca579e741ac65d5a4e935b3a85ec1 (feat(memory): publish v1.1.26 with the shared memory tree and git sync) and verified to carry manifest version 1.1.26.

This release is historical: install v1.1.28 or newer for current behaviour.
