First release of the OJSBR fork. The plugin now loads and runs on OJS 3.5:
PKPNotification renamed, the LoadHandler handler injected through $params[3]
instead of HANDLER_CLASS, and the removed import() call dropped. Adds the
pt_BR, fr and it locales.
