OCK Rotor Free v0.4.0

Experimental reversible byte-rotor CLI for arbitrary files.

This prerelease packages the Linux x86_64 build of OCK Rotor v0.4.0 using the OCKR4 container format.

It is not audited encryption. Keep independent backups of important data.

The Rust implementation is not included in this public repository.
