external links to cells doesn't update values when source file is opened

Version information

docker DocumentServer 7.4, embedded example

Expected Behavior

Open two excel files: source and destination.
Change value in source file cell.
Update external data in destination file (Data -> External Links -> Update Values).
Value in my cell which has external link to the source file cell must be updated.

Actual Behavior

Status Ok, but value is not updated.

Only if source file is closed everything is ok.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to test example
2. Create two spreadsheet files
   
3. Create some values in first file -> Copy cell -> Paste in the second file (Paste link (N))

4. Change values in source file cell. In destination file go to Data -> External links -> Update values

Updating data is only correct if the original file is completely preserved. This is normal behavior.

I have issued this enhancement as Bug #64027

After saving and closing the file, it will take some time before it becomes available on your server.
The time depends on the file size.
