Minor Function Update

Creating a new release to reflect some minor changes to a few of our functions:

• age_at
• standardise_date
• coalesced
• group_single_characters
• the package has also been pylinted and has a score of above 7

We have added a new deduplication function to match datasets to themselves

• flag function can now operate on a condition value, as well as a condition column

bugfixes:

• matchkey_dataframe function now starts the count of matchkeys from 1, instead of 0
