The purpose of the OPEnS Visual Management Whiteboard is to act as a visual management system giving an easy to see an overview of the progress being made for each OPEnS project Term to term (Spans of 10 weeks at a time).

Objectives

• Track progress of all OPEnS projects

• Record milestones as projects reach them

• Indicate when a project is falling behind and needs help, or if a project is ahead and can give help
