ORTools v3.0.0

ORTools v3.0.0 is a major release that brings ORTools up to date with MTEX v7.1. It also reorganizes the function library and adds a new documentation website.

Compatibility: v3.0.0 requires MTEX v7.1. Users on MTEX v5.x should keep using ORTools v2.3.0.

MTEX 7.1 compatibility
-Updated to the new MTEX syntax for calcGrains, CSList, smoothBoundary (replaces smooth) and numPixel (replaces grainSize).
-Adopted the new dx/dy convention for gridified EBSD data.
-calcParent2Child now uses the local OR refinement method.
-Respects job.variantMap, and filters legend handles in plots.
-Fixed vertex indexing in projectPoints2Vector.
-Added a tightPosition compatibility shim so that MTEX 7.1 also runs on MATLAB R2022a and earlier. It is only added to the path when MATLAB doesn't have its own.

New features and fixes
-New: computeVariantPairGroups. Variant pairing now accounts for all equivalent variant pairings (fixes "Variant pairing #76").
-Updated plotMap_KSvariantPairs, computeGrainPairs, computeHabitPlane, ORinfo and plotMap_IPF_p2c.
-Band contrast (BC) overlay plotting and improved IPF plotting.
-Fixed Bain packet variant plotting.
-Removed gridify operations from computeVariantGrains.

Library reorganisation
-src/ is now split into subfolders by topic: orientationRelationship, parentGrainReconstruction, microstructureHierarchy, grainBoundaryAnalysis, io and util. Function names are unchanged. If you add ORTools to your path with addpath(genpath(...)), or run currentFolder.m, nothing changes for you. If you add individual folders instead, update your paths.

Documentation and examples
-New documentation website: https://ortools4mtex.github.io/ORTools/, with a function index, examples and tutorials.
-Updated all example scripts (Examples 1–10) for MTEX 7.1.
-New tutorials, including the MTEX Workshop 2024 material and tutorials for hexagonal-grid EBSD maps.
-New GitHub issue templates for bug reports and feature requests.
