Improve handling of errors by Receiver Instrument and Neurorecorder Tool. Videoplayer captures and explains errors arising from spaces in file and directory names. Analyzer adapted for D-BCAMs with high-power lasers. Wire Monitor now fetches calibration constants from BNDHEP, previously was failing to fetch from OSI's secure website.Fix bug in implementation of password protection for LWDAQ servers.
