Add new SCAM instrument for use with our Silhouette Cameras. Add new CPMS (Contactless Position Measurement System) Manager tool to capture stereo silhouette images from a CPMS. The CPMS Manager measures the pose of complex, highly-reflecting objects placed in front of a diffuse infrared backlight. Streamline the way the BCAM routines perform coordinate transformations, making them compatible with the SCAM routines. Neuroplayer implements v_offset for centered plots. New Camera Saturator tool replaces previous BCAM Saturator tool. The Camera Saturator may be used with the BCAM, SCAM, Rasnik, or WPS instruments to determine the relationship between image intensity and source flash time. Add new "@" threshold intensity symbol, gives a threshold a fixed number of counts above minimum. Fix some buggy behavior in the Viewer.
