D1 Mini Travel Router v7.2.0

This is the first public release of the WEMOS D1 Mini Travel Router firmware.

Installation

Option A: One-Click Web Installer (Recommended)

1. Plug your D1 Mini into your computer
2. Open https://ozamnj.github.io/WEMOS-D1-Mini-Travel-Router in Chrome or Edge
3. Click Connect, select your COM port, and click Install

Option B: Manual flash with esptool

esptool.py --port COM3 write_flash 0x0 router.bin

Default Credentials

• WiFi SSID: D1Mini-Setup (open network)
• Dashboard: http://192.168.4.1
• Username: admin / Password: admin

Performance

• Max throughput: ~5-8 Mbps (hardware limitation of ESP8266 single-core)
• Suitable for: web browsing, email, VoIP, SD video streaming
