Phase 1: Foundation
- API client expanded with ~60 new methods + ~35 new type interfaces
- Navigation updated with ~25 new routes across all 6 stacks
- 7 shared components: SearchBar, SectionHeader, HeroBanner, NavCard,
  DataFreshness, PillTabBar, CompanyLogo

Phase 2: Existing screen updates
- All 5 dashboards redesigned to politics-first (lobbying/contracts/
  enforcement as primary stats, NavCards, recent activity)
- HomeScreen updated with politics-first framing + Influence Explorer
- All profile screens (Person, Institution, Company, Tech, Energy)
  updated with lobbying/contracts/enforcement/donations tabs
- All 5 compare screens fixed/created (Politics null guards, Finance
  restructured, Tech updated, Energy + Health created from scratch)

Phase 3: 24 new screens
- Politics: LegislationTracker, Committees, ActivityFeed,
  CongressionalTrades, FindRep, StateExplorer, StateDashboard
- Finance: InsiderTrades, MacroIndicators, ComplaintsDashboard
- Health: DrugLookup, ClinicalPipeline, HealthCompare
- Cross-sector: SectorLobbying, SectorContracts, SectorEnforcement,
  InfluenceExplorer, InfluenceNetwork, SpendingMap
- Utility: GlobalSearch, Methodology, About, EnergyCompare
