[WEB-006] Capture the current Home and adaptive table UX through production routes #233

Description

@veryCrunchy

User problem

The visual QA catalog's Home dashboard and dynamic data-table screenshots still show older layouts, so reviewers cannot judge the current product experience even when the capture manifest is technically fresh.

Acceptance criteria

  • Home dashboard captures render the current production Home workspace with deterministic synthetic data.
  • Dynamic data-table captures render the current production adaptive table surface and navigation state.
  • Capture scenarios do not duplicate or bypass production UI solely for screenshots.
  • Desktop and compact mobile captures show fully loaded, useful states without clipping or stale fixtures.
  • The visual QA catalog and relevant article images use the updated captures.
  • Focused capture tests and visual inspection cover both form factors.

Relationships

Follow-up to #224 and PR #225. Coordinate with #231 so freshness verification and scenario correctness remain separate.
