Date Everything Access v1.0

Accessibility mod (BepInEx) for Date Everything! adding screen reader support.

This 1.0 release refines the F6 room scan so it reports what you can actually perceive, on top of everything shipped in 0.99 (Japanese localization following the game's text-language setting, spoken interaction feedback for the thermostat and light switches, Ctrl+F6 context defaults, day-of-week announcements, per-slot known-object history, and the laundry closet routing fix).

What's new in 1.0:

  • The F6 room scan now only reports objects you can actually see. An object is included only when it is in your line of sight and its model is actually drawing, so things behind walls or off screen are no longer read out.
  • Items inside closed cabinets and drawers are hidden from the scan until the container is opened, instead of being read through the closed door.
  • The scan now also includes datables you have not met yet, not just ones you have already encountered, and de-duplicates repeats so each thing is reported once.

Install

The portable ZIP already bundles the BepInEx loader. Extract it into your Date Everything! game folder (or run the included Install-DateEverythingAccess.ps1), then start the game. See README.txt in the ZIP for full instructions and the controls list.
