v1.11.1

This is CDVN's v1.11.1 release and is a recommended update for operators running Charon. It bumps Charon to v1.11.2, a patch release that updates Go to fix known vulnerabilities, and fixes data directory permissions for the Teku and Nimbus validator clients. Feedback is welcome and appreciated, please use github issues or discord if you have trouble with this release.
