Streamlit Shadcn UI 1.4.0

This release adds six standalone chart components: ui.line_chart,
ui.area_chart, ui.bar_chart, ui.pie_chart, ui.radar_chart, and
ui.radial_chart. Each accepts records or a pandas DataFrame and renders a
shadcn Card with native tooltips and legends.

Behavior and appearance

• Numeric series can be inferred or selected explicitly. Input order is
  preserved; charts do not sort or aggregate data.
• Area and bar support stacking, bar supports horizontal orientation, and pie
  supports a donut variant.
• The chart tokens use the five-color light and dark palettes from
  shadcn's theming documentation.
  Other component tokens and styles remain unchanged.
• The adapters compose the pinned shadcn Chart and Card source with Recharts.
  They preserve native responsive sizing, tooltips, and legends.
• Python validates data before mounting. Charts support up to 1,000 rows and
  five series; pie and radial support up to five segments. Line, area, and bar
  accept missing values. Radar, pie, and radial require non-negative values.
• All chart functions return None. Hover stays local to the browser. This
  release does not expose custom CSS, colors, formatters, click callbacks, raw
  Recharts configuration, or charts inside ui.elements.
• Existing public APIs and Python runtime dependencies are unchanged.

Verification

• 96 Python tests and 128 frontend unit tests passed.
• TypeScript, production build, shadow CSS, generated-source, provenance, and
  import-boundary checks passed.
• Nine chart browser tests passed across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit,
  covering chart families, variants, tooltips, legends, data updates, missing
  values, narrow layouts, and the exact light/dark color palettes.
• Independent GPT-5.6 Sol browser acceptance and a separate code review passed.
• Wheel and source distribution contents are checked against the release
  source and built frontend assets before publication.
