Rampage Recovery 15 — resilient physical-worker bootstrap
This recovery build hardens the real two-machine path observed during laptop testing.
- Fresh signed worker heartbeat every five seconds with truthful 15-second UI freshness
- Single-owner QUIC control loop; compute executes off-thread without stealing transport ownership
- Two-second bounded offer, claim, and receipt control operations
- Failed or timed-out QUIC sessions are explicitly retired, enabling automatic recovery after the owner controller restarts
- Signed resource offers, topology benchmark evidence, encrypted artifact transfer, fenced leases, and signed execution receipts
- Borderless native Windows shell with working Fabric, Work, Evolution, and Evidence surfaces; tray persistence and Desktop/Start Menu shortcuts
- Existing enrollment is preserved: install over the current copy, open it, and do not reset or re-pair
Qualification
The exact release payload passed packaged-worker lifecycle testing (including deliberate controller restart), a signed CPU benchmark receipt, encrypted artifact round-trip, durable-pin relaunch, tray persistence, sidecar cleanup, and NSIS install/uninstall smoke testing.
Bootstrap trust boundary
The Windows bootstrap is currently unsigned. Verify the published SHA-256 file if your environment requires independent integrity checking.
