💡 Lessons Learned / 学んだ点

1. Enhanced Job-Related Understanding / 職務関連の理解度向上

• English: By directly progressing through the planning, production, and implementation of a project, I was able to understand the overall process of web service creation and strengthen my job-related competency.
• Japanese: プロジェクトの企画、制作、実装を一貫して担当することで、ウェブサービスが構築される一連のプロセスを理解し、職務に関連する能力を強化することができました。

2. Team Collaboration and Communication Skills / チーム協調性・コミュニケーション能力

• English: Project management was conducted through weekly in-person meetings and active use of online tools like Slack.

• Japanese: 週1回の対面会議に加え、Slackなどのオンラインツールを積極的に活用してプロジェクト管理を行いました。

• English: We used FigJam to share and manage individual tasks, categorized by 'In Progress,' 'Completed,' and 'Issue.' This method taught me how to efficiently coordinate opinions and communicate.

• Japanese: FigJamを使用し、担当業務を「進行中」「完了」「問題発生」に分類して共有・管理しました。この方法を通じて、意見を効率的に調整し、コミュニケーションを行う方法を学びました。
