Docs-only patch release.

Brings the user manual (content/hilfe/{besucher,veranstalter,admin}.md, rendered at /hilfe/[role]) and the README in sync with the v0.13.0 feature batch:

  • Added the Merkliste (Merken vs „In den Stundenplan", mutually exclusive).
  • Fixed stale terminology (Zeitplan→Stundenplan, Campuskarte→Lageplan, „Auf Karte anzeigen"→„Auf dem Lageplan anzeigen").
  • Documented: A-Z programme index with Alle/Uni/Hochschule toggles, multiple study-program links, new event types, central edition date, Hochschulübergreifend = external Rund-ums-Studium, Melder fields by affiliation, exports overhaul, shuttle-bus „Pause bis …", rollover-any-year, spatial-proximity hint.

No code or behaviour changes. package.json 0.13.0 → 0.13.1.
