This maintenance release resolves a production startup defect discovered through real-user testing.
Fixed
- Prevented a blank white screen when browser storage is blocked or unavailable
- Added a pre-start browser-storage availability check
- Added an accessible recovery screen with clear Chrome Android instructions
- Protected welcome and install-preference storage operations
- Replaced unreliable same-document recovery with a full-document Reload ItemWorth action
- Preserved existing inventory, backups, PWA configuration, and offline behavior

Verified on:
- Moto G 5G (2024)
- Android 15
- Chrome 149.0.7827.200
Confirmed:
- Blocked storage displays the recovery screen instead of a blank page
- Reloading while storage remains blocked safely returns to the recovery screen
- Reloading after storage is allowed starts ItemWorth normally
- Existing inventory remains intact
- Installed-PWA recovery works
- Installed PWA continues to work offline
