v0.2.7

  • L3 chain ownership transferred to the orbit-chain UpgradeExecutor (#24) during init, for the custom-fee L3 snapshots. The L3-side UE (which has code on L3 and grants l3owner the EXECUTOR_ROLE) is now the chain owner and is recorded under a new deployment-json key chain-owner-upgrade-executor. Enables SDK owner-action-via-upgrade-executor tests to work against the prebuilt snapshot. The existing upgrade-executor (parent rollup UE) key is unchanged.
  • All custom-fee snapshots regenerated (l3-custom-{6,16,18,20} nc3.2 + l3-custom-{6,18} nc2.1) and re-published; verified on-chain (UE is sole chain owner, l3owner retains EXECUTOR_ROLE).
  • Carries the v0.2.6 fixes (custom-fee snapshot-restore verify; token-bridge deps preflight; v2.1 AnyTrust custom-gas images).
