Download to cloud is broken

You don't even reply to support mail. What I am going to do your downgraded 1yr plan? It doesn't work!!

TBF cloud download is the only thing consistently working for me. Very occasionally instant will work. Upload to elsewhere does NOT work as it has been disabled. The free space indicator on cloud mode is wonky. There are some fun bugs I won't name aloud yet.

I am disappointed an upgrade limited personal storage to a fraction of the TB seen elsewhere
